Youth Ages 11-18

We are blessed to have a growing number of amazing young people here at St Luke’s.

We run Friday evening youth clubs, a monthly Bible study and group sessions on Sunday mornings. Our amazing youth also get involved with the life of St Luke’s, serving on team, making holiday clubs and special events happen. We love to see them grow and flourish in their faith in God, friendships with one another and use their amazing God-given gifts.

St Luke's Youth

This is a place where young people have fun, make friends and relax in a safe and friendly environment. A wide variety of activities are available including sport, craft, cooking, games and events.

Everyone is welcome to join us on a Friday, whether you come to church on a Sunday, or not.

Meets every Sunday morning during term time alongside the 10am morning service. On the 4th Sunday of each month we encourage those young people in Year 9 and above to either serve on a team within church life or be in the service.

This is a place for exploring who God is and what faith in God is all about, alongside games, food, fun and praying together.

We encourage all our youth to get involved in serving church once a month. Some serve on the worship team, the kids team, the production team, taking photos, kids registration, welcome and more. They are a talented bunch!

We also encourage our youth to serve at New Wine, and they do an amazing job as waiters and waitresses at our annual pancake party.

Youth Life group is for Young people in year 9 and above. We meet on the 2nd Friday of each month during term time. We have share a meal together, have some fun and a bible study together. There’s sometimes chicken nugget throwing competitions… Who wouldn’t want to spend time with these guys?

Space Events

There are amazing things happening across Maidstone with churches working together, especially for young people. The SPACE events happen regularly, enabling our young people to meet with others from across the churches in Maidstone to worship together and explore issues of faith.
