Main Church Hall
The church hall measures approximately 14m x 10m with a high ceiling and wooden block flooring. Large windows to one end and high windows down either side make it a light and airy space in the daytime. Originally designed as a badminton hall, this space is suitable for a variety of purposes; we’ve seen it used for sports, children’s parties, sit-down meals, parents and toddlers, exercise classes and a health clinic. The hall has an integrated catering kitchen. Toilets are off the main foyer, a shared space up some steps.
Hire charge includes use of the kitchen:

Miss Coppen Room
The Miss Coppen Room measures approximately 10m x 7m and is fully carpeted. This meeting room is often used for smaller gatherings, children’s parties etc and can be accessed directly from the Car Park. A room adjacent to the Miss Coppen Room provides a small kitchenette suitable for making hot and cold drinks and separate toilets.
Hire charge includes use of a small kitchenette:

Hall and Room Hire
Both spaces can be hired together and this combination is often used for children’s parties with the Miss Coppen Room offering a quieter space or for serving food and the hall being used for games and more physical activities.

The church itself is occasionally hired out for larger events at the discretion of the Vicar. The Church is a flexible carpeted space and has been successfully used for business conferences. There is a space suitable for providing hot drinks, but not cooking facilities. Toilets are off the main church foyer, a shared space with the main church hall. Weekday Cost: £400 per four-hour event (morning, afternoon or evening)
Recognising the need for additional space, particularly outside, during the summer of 2021 we are pleased to make available our beautiful church garden. This can be hired for an additional £10 per hour in conjunction with hire of the hall.
Garden table with 4 chairs are available at £2.50 per set (up to 8 sets are available)

- Friday and Saturday: 8:00 am – 11:00 pm
The Main Church Car Park is in Foley Street and has 25 spaces.
Fees and Deposits
50% of hire fee required to confirm booking (Payment by BACS preferred).
Balance due 8 weeks prior. (Full payment for bookings within 8 weeks)
£50 cleaning/deposit required before key collection. To be returned when site is left in a satisfactory condition and keys are returned.
*£50 Minimum booking fee applies to short one off hires
A discount rate (approx. reduction of 20%) applies to church members and regular hirers. A regular hirer is someone who hires a room at least nine times a year.
